A great-grandson of Omukama Chwa II Kabalega the progenitor of Kabalega Foundation, James is the Founder & Executive Chairman of Kabalega Foundation. He is also a Young African Leaders’ Initiative (YALI) 2021 Fellow with a kin interest and passion for community development, vast knowledge and experience in ICT for Development (ICT4D), research, corporate governance, and business management, James is also Founder of Billbrain Technologies Ltd an ICT Service & Business Process Outsourcing Firm, and Part-time Lecturer with Makerere University, in the College of Computing and Information Sciences.
