The organizational structure of Kabalega Foundation is designed to ensure effective governance, accountability, and efficient delivery of our programs. We are committed to creating a sustainable impact in our areas of focus, driven by strong leadership, clear operational roles, and a collaborative approach.
At the top of our structure, the Board of Directors/Trustees provides governance and strategic oversight, ensuring that our work aligns with our mission and values. The Board’s primary role is to guide the Foundation’s vision and ensure its financial integrity, while offering expertise and support to the leadership team.
The Executive Arm, headed by the Executive Director/CEO is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. The Executive Arm is also periodically supported by consultants as and when need is identified and their services streamlined along the main service areas.
In addition to our full-time staff, the Foundation benefits from the commitment and support of Volunteers and Interns who play an integral role in day-to-day operations, bringing fresh perspectives and assisting with various functions across departments.
