Stella Kasemiire is a Board Member of Kabalega Foundation and a seasoned Ugandan public servant with extensive experience in government administration, policy coordination, and institutional leadership.
She has built a distinguished career serving in senior administrative roles across key government institutions. She also held the position of Senior Administrative Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED), where she supported national planning and public sector management processes.
Through her broad experience in public administration, Stella brings valuable expertise in governance systems, policy implementation, and organizational management. Her background strengthens the Foundation’s commitment to structured leadership, accountability, and effective institutional development.
