Ham Mugenyi serves as the Board Secretary of Kabalega Foundation, providing legal and governance oversight support to the Board and ensuring effective documentation and compliance with institutional procedures.

He is a senior lawyer and Partner at Mugenyi & Company Advocates, a law firm based in Kampala. With over three decades of legal practice, he brings extensive expertise in international commercial arbitration, international trade finance, and property law.

In addition to his legal practice, Ham has held notable corporate leadership roles, including serving as the Board Chair of the Uganda Development Corporation. His experience in governance and institutional leadership provides valuable strategic insight to the Foundation’s Board.

As Board Secretary, he plays a key role in ensuring proper governance processes, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks. His guidance strengthens the Foundation’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and effective institutional governance.
