These individuals are demanding payments ranging from UGX 50,000 to UGX 80,000 under the pretense of facilitating admission and scholarship opportunities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The individuals identified in these reports include those using the names <em>Mr. Sewante Francis<\/em> and <em>Mr. Vincent Sserunkuuma<\/em>.
