The events, organized in partnership with Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom, and Hoima City Council,will feature a series of activities as detailed below;

Kabalega Business & Innovation Expo

A dynamic 3-day platform showcasing local SMEs, youth startups, and ESG-aligned innovations. Includes exhibitions, masterclasses, business clinics, and investment dialogues. Connect, learn, and grow your brand in Uganda’s fastest-growing economic zone.

International Coffee Day 2026 Commemoration

A landmark national celebration advancing Uganda’s coffee agenda and Bunyoro’s potential as a leading coffee-growing region. Farmers, policymakers, industry leaders, investors and innovators converge to explore coffee production, quality, value addition and market opportunities. The 2026 commemoration features expert dialogues, exhibitions, demonstrations and strategic partnerships driving coffee-led prosperity.

Kabalega Independence Run 2026

A mass-participation community run promoting unity, wellness, and youth empowerment. Over 3,000 participants will take part in 5km, 10km, and 21km races through historic Hoima. Proceeds to support procurement and distribution of coffee seedlings and Promotion of Coffee Enterprise in the region.
